Account Manager:

 

Green Placeshop is a company specialized in the online sale of indoor/outdoor products and with also a nautical universe.

We are looking for an account manager to manage the communication, marketing and advertising campaigns of our website. 

Missions:

- Analysis and audit of advertising accounts

- Campaign management: analysis of performance indicators and campaign optimization.

- Definition and implementation of strategies

- Management and optimization of the budget spent for the website on each channel

- Communication on strategy, results, actions taken and problems encountered.

- Proposal of advertising formats: text, visuals, video.

- Setting up or diagnostics of product flows (Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads etc...)

- Technology watch and proposals for new tools, formats, channels and trends.

- Setting up or diagnostics tracking (in particular via Google Tag Manager)

Profile:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position

- Very comfortable with the main advertising platforms managed: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads mainly (Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Amazon Ads are pluses)

- Good mastery of the office suite and Google Docs suite

Stock manager:

Green Placeshop is a company specialized in the online sale of indoor/outdoor products and with also a nautical universe.

We are looking for a stock manager to optimize our incoming and outgoing goods in order to minimize the stock level without risking stock shortages. The stock manager must be in permanent contact with all transport and suppliers in order to ensure the coordination of the entire supply chain, while respecting the defined deadlines and deadlines.

Missions:

- Plan deliveries with suppliers according to various criteria (type of packaging, quantity, frequency of truck routes).

- Monitor supplier performance criteria (delivery times, quality levels, compliance with conditions negotiated by the company)

- To control qualitatively and quantitatively the received goods

- Negotiate alternatives with suppliers in the event of a malfunction, sometimes in an emergency

- Monitor sales and forecasts to ensure product availability and supervise order preparation.

Technical qualifications:

- Mastery of computerized logistics management tools.

- Perfect mastery of computer software and office automation.

- Knowledge of stock management tools.

- Excellent knowledge in the field of transport and logistics.

- Mastery of logistics management software.

- English is essential.
