1.2 Place of delivery and carrier
The deliveries are carried out at the addresses indicated at the time of the passage of the order, as of reception of the funds of the aforementioned order on the website green-placeshop.com.
Our various transport providers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
By default, our deliveries are carried out on doorsteps (at the bottom of the building).
When a delivery to the first floor is desired, the contractor must specify this when placing the order.
The delivery men do not evacuate the packaging during a delivery; it is strongly recommended to keep it in case of return of the product.

In case of absence of the contractor and if the deliverer fails to deposit your order, an electronic notification will be sent to you by e-mail.
The parcel will then be deposited in a relay point close to your home, it will be enough for the contractor to go to the place indicated in order to collect it.
The address of the relay point will be sent to you by e-mail, and you will be asked to provide proof of identity and the GLS delivery note to pick up your order.
Alternatively, in case of absence at the time of delivery, GLS may entrust the package to a third party: a neighbor, with his or her agreement, or the janitor of the building.

24h to 48h before delivery TNT will send you an SMS or an email notifying you of the imminent delivery of your package. It will be enough for the contractor to answer by indicating the various possible time slots for the passage of the driver.
If the order could not be delivered a first time because of your absence, it will be possible to schedule a second appointment. If there is no response from you, the said order will be returned to us within 14 days, and we will then proceed to the full refund of your order.
1.3 Notion of delivery
At the time of delivery, if the contractor accepts the package without reservation, it is considered as a good delivery of complete products in good condition.
In case of doubt as for the distribution of the parcel, it is preferable to proceed to a refusal of parcel if this one seems too damaged to you.
However, if the contracting party becomes aware of the damaged condition of the package after accepting it, it is imperative to write precise handwritten reservations on the delivery note, mentioning the nature of the damage.
It is also important to keep a copy and to send one within 2 working days to Outdoor and Fun Trading FZ-LLC, EIB-611B, Emirates Islamic Bank Building, RAKEZ Business Zone-FZ, RAKEZ, United Arab Emirates.
The delivery will be considered to be in conformity with the order because you will bear, without recourse against Outdoor and Fun Trading, all the damages related to the potential anomalies or damages that could be noticed during the distribution.
The said mention "subject to unpacking" is not sufficient. If the merchandise is unfortunately damaged, you will be in the duty to refuse the delivery and to contact as soon as possible the customer service in order to agree on a new expedition of the order.
In the absence of information on the delivery time when the order was placed and in accordance, Outdoor and Fun Trading FZ-LLC is obliged to deliver the customers within 30 days of the reception of the payment of the funds.
1.4 Non-delivery and refund of order
In the event of failure to deliver within the set time limit, the contracting party has the option of terminating the sales contract by sending a registered letter specifying a request for acknowledgement of receipt.
Outdoor and Fun Trading must therefore make the delivery within a reasonable additional period if the delivery has still not been made.
The contract will be considered as broken as soon as Outdoor and Fun Trading has received the said letter with the information of this breach.
Nevertheless, it is possible to terminate the contract as soon as Outdoor and Fun Trading FZ-LLC refuses to distribute the product or the obligation to deliver the good, on the date or at the end of the period announced and moreover that this date or this period constitutes for the contracting party a sinequanone condition of the contract.
The condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the said contract or from a prompt request by the contracting party prior to the conclusion of the said contract.
If the contract is terminated, Outdoor and Fun Trading FZ-LLC is obliged to reimburse the totality of the sums paid, within 14 days maximum following the date on which the contract was made.
If the refund is made within 30 days after this term, the amount paid will be increased by 10%.
If the refund is made no later than 60 days after the end of the term, the amount paid will be increased by 20% and 50% thereafter.
